This packaging equipment is designed for small pack sizes (2 gms onwards).In this packing machine, the free flowing small granular solid & non sticky powder material is dispensed through the cups. A disc containing 4 or 6 cups is employed for dispensing of material. As the dispensing is done through the cups, it is called as volumetric dispensing system. The telescopic height adjustment system provided in this packaging equipment helps to adjust the volume of the cup with ease. Being semi automatic packing equipment, a ready pouch is to be kept below the dispensing chute to collect the material. The filled pouch is then to be sealed using any standard sealing equipment such as hand sealer, continuous band sealer, foot sealer etc.
